However, we understand that there may be occasions when clients wish to cancel services or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for services purchased through our website, www.ocliftechx.com.
1. General Terms
1.1. This policy applies to all products and services purchased from Oclif TechX.
1.2. By purchasing any product or service from our website, you agree to this policy and accept the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be granted.

"Client" refers to the purchaser of any product or service from ocliftechx.com.
"Cancellation" refers to the request to stop ongoing services or products before completion.
"Refund" refers to the return of funds to the client following a cancellation.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Eligibility for Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation based on the nature of the service and the stage of progress. Cancellations will generally apply in cases such as:
Service not yet initiated.
Client wishes to modify or terminate an ongoing service.
2.2. Process for Requesting Cancellations
To request a cancellation, clients must contact our support team via email at support@ocliftechx.com or through our customer service form on the website.
Clients must include their order number, the reason for cancellation, and any additional details that may help expedite the process.
Cancellation requests will be acknowledged within 9:00 AM - 9:00PM, and our support team will inform you if your request is eligible for a refund, as per the conditions specified in this policy.
2.3. Timing of Cancellation Requests
Cancellations received within 24 hours of placing an order are generally eligible for a full refund if work on the service has not yet commenced.
Cancellations requested after 24 hours or once work has started may be eligible for a partial refund, based on the amount of work completed.
2.4. Exceptions to Cancellation
Certain services may not be eligible for cancellation once initiated. This includes services such as consultation sessions, once they have commenced.
Custom or special-order services are generally non-cancellable once confirmed by the client, as these services require dedicated resources and customized work.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. Types of Refunds
Full Refund: Issued if cancellation is requested before the service begins or if Oclif TechX is unable to provide the agreed-upon service.
Partial Refund: Issued if work on the service has already commenced. The partial refund amount will depend on the level of completion.
No Refund: In cases where the service is fully completed, delivered, or if the service is not eligible for cancellation.
3.2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are generally eligible if the client is dissatisfied due to:
Service not meeting agreed-upon specifications.
Significant delays in service delivery that were not communicated by Oclif TechX.
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction due to reasons beyond our control, such as:
Misinterpretation of the service scope or deliverables.
Client’s personal circumstances or preferences not communicated prior to purchase.
3.3. Refund Process
Clients must submit a refund request within 7 days of receiving the service. Requests submitted beyond this time frame may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund requests should be directed to billing@ocliftechx.com with the order number, details of the issue, and a clear reason for the refund request.
Once a refund request is received, Oclif TechX will evaluate the request and respond within Mon- Sat Timing 9:00 AM - 9:00 Pm
4. Refund for Digital Products
4.1. Digital Products purchased from Oclif TechX, such as downloadable resources, are generally non-refundable, as these products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.
4.2. Refunds for digital products may be issued in exceptional cases, such as:
Technical Errors: If the digital product fails to download or is corrupted, please reach out to our support team.
Product Defects: If the product contains errors that impact its usability or functionality

4.3. Conditions for Digital Product Refunds
Proof of the issue (e.g., screenshots, error messages) must be provided for us to review your refund request.
Refund requests for digital products must be made within 48 hours of purchase.
5. Service-Specific Refund Policies
5.1. Consulting Services: For consulting services, refunds are not provided once the session has commenced. However, if a session is cancelled by Oclif TechX, a full refund or reschedule option will be offered.
5.2. Custom Development Services: Due to the tailored nature of custom development, refunds may be partial and will consider the level of completion at the time of cancellation.
5.3. Promotional Services: No refunds will be granted for services purchased under promotional or discounted rates.
6. Payment Methods and Refund Timelines
6.1. Payment Methods: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original method is unavailable, we may work with the client to arrange an alternate method of refund.
6.2. Timeline for Refunds:
Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days.
Bank Transfer or Direct Debit: Refunds may take 7-15 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
7. Changes to the Policy
Oclif TechX reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes to the policy will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting. It is the client’s responsibility to review the policy periodically for updates.
